Moniteur d'air intelligent

I ordered this unit for my daughter and roommates to monitor the air quality in their basement apartment across the street from a former industrial cleanup site and a current industrial manufacturing plant. Installation of the smart app resulted only in 404 messages. So far, neither phone messages nor email messages have resulted in any response from a real live person to help my daughter actually use the monitor for its intended purpose. We are awaiting some help from the company to be able to successfully implement the smart app. I will be updating my review once we have had some communication with a company representative.

When the monitor works it is very helpful and informative. I like that just by looking at it, I can get an idea of the quality of our air based on how much orange or blue is lit up on there. However, it frequently loses connection to the internet even though we are doing absolutely nothing differently and we have not disconnected it. Sometimes we have a very hard time getting it to reconnect. We’ve had this for six months. A few months after we bought it, the unit completely stopped working. I am very grateful that Air Pura sent us a replacement right away. The replacement one is the one we’re using now and, like the original one that stopped working, the main issue is it losing wifi connection even though our wifi is strong and all other devices using wifi are staying connected.
