Our home has had a musty smell for years. After running the unit for 24 hours, the smell is gone. Wish I had done this 15 yrs ago.

We got the V714 to mitigate excessive wood smoke smell in our home. The first day we tried it. We got a little bit of an output smell from the unit and contacted the vendor who said we should put the unit in a separate room and run it on high for a day or two and the smell should diminish as the new filters in the unit cycle some air through them. We did that, and within a few hours, I went into that room just to do a couple of things for less than five minutes and when I came back out into the rest of the house, I was astonished by the difference and how much smoke smell was in the house and how much the filter had already cleaned the air in the room I was in. At that point, I did not need to be convinced that this is an outstanding filter. We’ve been using it for a few weeks Now out in the open space of the rest of the house and have definitely noticed the difference of cleaner air.
Noticeable difference in air quality vs prior to utilizing the purifier. Waking up with little to no allergies. No random sneezing, watery eyes, or runny nose throughout the day. Replacing filters and maintenance is a breeze. Also acts a great white noise machine :)
Works well... almost completely eliminates the tobacco smoke smell in my garage. Make sure you watch the video on how to change the filter.
